For our German market we are currently recruiting candidates wanting to work (and if necessary) relocate to the beautiful city of Maastricht.

A Day In The Office
To get all the energy you need to serve our customers the best experience, you can grab a delicious drink at our own barista before your shift starts. You begin your shift at your desk, opening all the systems you need to prepare yourself for the enquiries of our customers. You then read all the relevant information in our market specific channels and emails. Your shift is split in times, where you either receive incoming phone calls from our customers or deal with written enquires via e-mail, letter or fax. To solve customer issues, you work hand in hand with our partners in the dealerships and workshops. Additionally, you have a team of technical specialists who can support you, and give you the right answers to help our customers. All that work deserves a nice break! So you can enjoy your break time with delicious warm food from our canteen.
The department is open from Monday to Friday. You will be working 40 hours per week in day shifts (between 07.30 and 20.00).
- Excellent knowledge of German, both written and spoken
- Basic level in English (corporate language) and motivation to speak and improve it
- Excellent understanding of customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in structures, to prioritize, analyze and coordinate your day to day
- Empathy and negotiation skills
- Open-minded to a diversity of cultures
- Computer literacy
- Act as our Brand ambassador

We help you meet other colleagues outside of work via our incredible social club that organizes cool activities such as: language courses, weekly sports activities and cultural events in the city (of course now during Covid this all looks somewhat different, however we still do our best to make sure you can engage with your colleagues).
What if the purse strings are a little tight? We offer an excellent relocation package which takes care of your initial travel and accommodation expenses for the first two months. One month of training is, of course, also paid for.
